In the July issue of Kodansha publisher Morning Two magazine, it was revealed that the manga written and illustrated by Rensuke Oshikiri, Semai Sekai no Identity, will enter its plot climax in the next issue of the magazine on June 22.
Oshikiri began publishing the manga in Kodansha publisher's Morning Two magazine in August 2016, and the publisher published the fourth compilation volume in December 2019.
The author also wrote the Hi Score Girl manga, which he published in Square Enix's Monthly Big Gangan magazine between October 2010 and September 2018, with ten compiled volumes published. The work inspired a two-season, 24-episode anime adaptation produced by J.C. Staff and SMDE, under the direction of Yoshiki Yamakawa and scripts written by Tatsuhiko Urahata, released in July 2018 and October 2019, respectively.
