Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna will release its Blu-ray / DVD version in September

On the official site for the Digimon Adventure franchise film, Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna, it was revealed that the Blu-ray / DVD version of the feature film will be released on September 2 in Japan.

The feature film premiered in theaters in Japan on February 21.

Production team

Tomohisa Taguchi (Persona 3 the Movie, Kino no Tabi - the Beautiful World, Sōsei no Onmyōji) was in charge of directing the movie Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna at Yumeta Company Studios.
Akatsuki Yamatoya (Digimon Adventure, Digimon Frontier, Digimon: Data Squad) was in charge of writing the script, and Seiji Tachikawa (Ao Haru Ride) is the chief animation director.
Toei Animation was credited for the production.
Hiromi Seki, the original producer of Toei's animation for the Digimon anime projects, had the role of supervisor for the new film project.
Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru returned from early Digimon anime projects as a character designer.
Kenji Watanabe was in charge of designing the Digimon monsters, as he has done for previous Digimon projects.
