The director of SNK Corporation (via CEO Jeon Se-hwan, of Korean subsidiary SNK Interactive) confirms that they are developing a new shooter for their successful Metal Slug franchise for consoles (probably current generation).
Its premiere is expected for 2020, in addition to another title for mobile, but of the card battle genre combined with 2D side scrolling.
At the moment there are no trailers that show what these projects will look like, something peculiar, considering that they plan to release them this year.
Will this art be from one of the new games?
It should not be forgotten that there is ANOTHER video game for smartphones developed by Timi Studio (Tencent), so there are actually THREE Metal Slug video games on the horizon.
