About Sae Otsuka
She is a voice actress and singer born in the Kanto region of Japan in 1995. She is currently affiliated with the talent agency Ace Crew Entertainment Inc., and is recognized for being the voice of Tae Hanazono in the BanG Dream multimedia franchise! , as well as the lead guitarist of the derivative group Poppin'Party.
Otsuka began her career as a freelance musician at age 15, playing her guitar on the streets and singing, something she did for four years until she debuted in voice acting on the BanG Dream! Project. She was the fourth member to join Poppin’Party and her membership was announced during the second live broadcast. Otsuka is also the voice of Nagisa Tsukimiyama on the D4DJ project.
