The Z / X Code Reunion manga will end in July

In the August issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine it was announced that the manga written by Tatsuhiko Urahata and illustrated by Takuya Fujima, Z / X Code Reunion will come to an end in the next issue of the magazine on July 21 .


Urahata and Fujima began publishing the manga in Shueisha's V Jump magazine in November 2017, and the publisher published the second compilation volume in November 2019. The play entered an indefinite hiatus in August 2018 due to poor reporting. health of its author, but resumed soon after.

The work inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by Passione Studios, directed by Yoshifumi Sueda and scripts written by Tatsuhiko Urahata, released in October 2019.

Z / X Code Reunion Synopsis

The story of the original game unfolds in the not too distant future. Five "Black Dots" suddenly appeared around the world as portals to parallel worlds. Immediately after, strange creatures began their invasion from these portals. These creatures are the inhabitants of the five worlds, the same worlds in different time frames. In order to ensure that its own future time frame survives, each of the five invasions is forced to fight to eliminate the other future time frames. The key is a card-shaped device.
