NHK television announced that it will broadcast the series Baja no Studio: Baja no Mita Umi, produced by Kyoto Animation studios, through the NHK General and NHK World Premium channels starting on July 23.
The television station announced that it will also broadcast a documentary on Kyoto Animation titled "Stories: Jiken no Namida 'Soko ni Anata ga Inai: Kyoto Animation Houka Jiken'", which will focus on the attack on the first studio building that occurred in 2019 and on its after effects. The documentary will air today at 10:45 p.m. (Japan Standard Time).
For its part, the first season of the anime premiered in December 2019. Kyoto Animation Studios announced the second season of this series based on the masquerade “Baja” in April 2019.
Synopsis of Baja no Studio
The series premiere coincides with the celebration of “Umi no Hi” in Japan, and the series focuses on this commemoration, with the main character, Baja, traveling to the ocean and getting to know different marine life forms on his journey.
