Shirotsumekusa Movie Announced, Starring Virtual YouTubers

The Japanese talent agency Hori Pro announced on July 6 the production of a new film titled Shirotsumekusa, which is scheduled for release this fall. All the characters in this thriller will be played by popular Virtual YouTubers.

This is the first time in the world that the entire cast of a movie is made up of Virtual YouTubers. While various entertainment shows have been repeatedly postponed or canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this movie offers the opportunity to be remotely made almost entirely.
