The serialization of this manga began with the publication of two simultaneous chapters, however, from now on a new chapter will be published monthly. Ogaki previously published the Hourousha manga in June 2015; and the manga adaptation of The Unlimited: Hyoubu Kyousuke, between March 2013 and May 2015.
Furthermore, the original anime Akudama Drive is slated to premiere in October this year, having been delayed from its original date in July due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on production.
