The Square Enix company announced that it has temporarily closed the coffee shop "Square Enix Cafe Osaka" due to one of the employees testing positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The employee has not worked at the establishment since August 8, but received the results of his PCR test earlier today. While working on the premises, the employee followed preventive measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19, such as checking his temperature before the start of his shift, wearing a mask at work, and disinfecting his hands with alcohol.
After consulting with local health professionals, the work team decided to temporarily close the cafe to completely disinfect the facilities, and will announce the reopening date soon.
