Iruma began publishing this in 2013 in Dengeki Bunko Magazine with illustrations by Non (Nozomi Osaka) and consists of 8 volumes. Adachi to Shimamura also has a first three-volume manga adaptation by Mani and published in Square Enix's Gangan Online magazine between 2016 and 2017. Last May he began publishing another manga based on the same story within Monthly Comic Dengeki magazine. Iruma is also the author of the Denpa novels Onna to Seishun Otoko, Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan, and the spin-off Yagate Kimi ni Naru - Saeki Sayaka ni Tsuite.
