Through her official Twitter account, the author of the Girls Bravo manga Mario Kaneda , published a special illustration during the New Year, this being the first publication about this franchise in a long time. “It was a mystery why Kadokawa-san had invested a large amount of money. Apparently, at the time it was for the animated adaptation of Girls Bravo. At times like these, I would like to recommend it, although many of you have probably seen it already. I hope you enjoy it! Wrote the author.

“ Girls Bravo was an original manga that I wrote and illustrated. Thankfully it was turned into animation, with Ei Aoki's direction and character designs by Ryuuichi Makino, plus the voice acting was phenomenal. A romantic comedy story with a little ecchi. If you have time on this vacation break, you could give it a try, "continued the author.

Kaneda published the original manga by the magazine Monthly Shonen Ace publisher Kadokawa between December 2000 and September 2005, with a total of ten recopilatorios volumes. The play inspired a 24-episode animated adaptation produced by AIC Spirits Studios , directed by Ei Aoki and scripts written by Hiroshi Watanabe , released in July 2004.
