In the official Twitter account for the Kaguya-sama franchise: Love is War, a special message was published in commemoration of the birthday of the character Kaguya Shinomiya, the protagonist of the story. "Happy New Year and Happy Birthday to Kaguya Shinomiya! Please continue to support Kaguya and his love for the president, and continue to support this project in the year ahead," he wrote.

About Kaguya-sama: Love is War
Aka Akasaka published the manga in Shueisha's Miracle Jump magazine in May 2015, and moved it to Weekly Young Jump magazine in 2016. The publisher published the seventeenth volume of the compilation on January 22nd.
The work has so far two spin-off mangas, in addition to the first season of the anime that premiered in January 2019 and had twelve episodes. Additionally, a second season is currently on air since last April 11th and it is confirmed that it will have twelve episodes keeping the same production team of the first one.
