On the website for Kadokawa's Dengeki Maoh magazine, it was reported that the manga series written and illustrated by Makoto Hagino, Nettaigyo wa Yuki ni Kogareru (also known as A Tropical Fish Yearns for Snow), will come to an end in the magazine's May issue, which will be published on March 27.
Hagino began publishing the manga in 2017 through Dengeki Maoh magazine with 8 compilation volumes published to date. The release date for the ninth volume in stores in Japan has not yet been dated.
Synopsis of Nettaigyo wa Yuki ni Kogareru
The story begins with the protagonist, Amano Konatsu, being transferred to a high school in a coastal town in the countryside. At school she meets Koyuki, the only member of the aquarium club. Koyuki is an honor student, a perfect beauty in the eyes of the whole school... but Konatsu manages to see in her a sad and lonely girl. Both are lonely, but in different ways... How will the relationship of these two girls progress?
