Synopsis of Just Because!
As another school year draws to a close, juniors in high school are steadily moving toward the next milestone in their lives: graduation. Among them are Mio Natsume, a girl charged with lingering feelings; Hazuki Morikawa, a member of the marching band but distant from the others; and Haruto Souma, an athlete obsessed with baseball. Meanwhile, sophomore Ena Komiya tries to revive the photography club to its former glory, refusing to let the organization dissolve. Although this group lacks a strong connection to each other, their lives suddenly intersect with the arrival of a third-year transfer student.
While a move so close to graduation is unusual for most, for Eita Izumi it is the norm. Due to his father's work, he has never been able to stay in one place for long. But luckily, her most recent move has sent Eita back to her hometown for her last semester of high school. For better or for worse, this also revives old relationships that were left in the past. Eita's sudden arrival ends these students' carefree days. Long-forgotten memories, deeply buried emotions, and inspiring new passions - it all comes to light in his bittersweet final semester.
