Director Seiji Kishi posted an update on Twitter noting that he is recruiting a character designer for an upcoming original animation project that he is doing in collaboration with screenwriter Makoto Uezu ( Akame ga Kill !, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! ). The job position invites both professional and amateur artists, regardless of age, and even those interested abroad. Kishi added that applicants do not need to know Japanese. He assured a person concerned about the low pay of entertainers that this position is a suitable job.
Those interested should send one or two of their own illustrations in JPEG format to the address kikakuillust2021@gmail.com before October 20. The project staff will contact the selected applicant before the end of the year and Kishi has apologized as he may not answer questions about this via these emails. Kishi assures applicants that submitted art data will be held responsibly by staff and will not be used for any purpose other than selecting applicants.
