Entertainment company Isaribi issued a press release revealing a new promotional image and story for the original anime Kizuna no Allele , derived from a multimedia project involving Virtual YouTuber Kizuna AI and set to premiere in 2023 in Japan. The visual includes a phrase that expresses: " Your glow is a bridge that connects everyone "; while the synopsis writes:
- I want to be connected with the whole world… “Miracle” is a girl who has been dreaming of becoming a virtual artist like Kizuna Ai. "I will become the person I want and deliver a dream and a hope to the world!" “Miracle” she maintains her strong will and begins to move to a higher place with her friends who share the same passion. Her story begins now...
Kizuna AI started her YouTube activities with the “ AIChannel ” channel in 2016. Since then, she has become the most iconic VTuber worldwide and has even been listed on the “Globally Respected Japanese People List ” published by Newsweek Japan . Her main channel has over 3 million subscribers, while her other channel “ AIGames ” accumulates another 1.51 million. Her achievements are still unmatched by other members of the medium, having appeared on television shows and commercials, as well as performing as a musical artist.
In April 2020, Nozomi Kasuga signed on as a consultant to Kizuna AI Co., Ltd. , confirming that she was the original voice of VTuber. The company was formed by Activ8 , the agency that represented Kizuna AI and other VTubers from the beginning.
