The latest Sailor Moon Cosmos movies release date

On the official site for the new Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Cosmos film project , which will adapt the last story arc of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon ( Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon ) manga, a new promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms that the film project will consist of two parts that will open on June 9 and June 30 of this year in theaters in Japan.

The press release also revealed new members of the voice cast, including:

Saori Hayami as Taiki Kou/Sailor Star Maker.
Marina Inoue como Seiya Kou/Sailor Star Fighter.
Ayane Sakura as Yaten Kou.

The original manga was serialized in the aforementioned magazine between 1991 and 1997, with a total of sixty chapters that were collected in a total of eighteen compiled volumes. The franchise was adapted into an anime series produced by Toei Animation studios and broadcast in Japan in 1992 and 1997. Toei Animation also produced three animated films, a television special, and three short films based on the same franchise.
