The press release also revealed production details and a scheduled premiere date for the Fall-2023 (October-December) season in Japan.
The announcement of the anime coincided with " Bikkuri-Man Day " in Japan on April 1. The product emerged as cookies and chocolates marketed in Japan, which contained small collectible stickers that represented a game in which demons, angels and guardians appeared. Sinopsis of Bikkuri-Men
The new anime will star the characters featured on the collectible stickers packaged with the snacks. The story is set in a world where the value of Bikkuri-Man stickers is so high that they have to be transported in a fund-raising vehicle. There was also the famous theft case a year ago, called the “Bikkuri-Man 300 million sticker case”.
One day, a part-time high school delivery boy named Yamato finds himself embroiled in a sticker battle between two competing convenience stores. The Angel Mart, owned by store manager Phoenix, is famous for its easy-to-use glitter stickers. The Devil store across the street is also trying to attract Bikkuri-Man fans to his store. The former comrades are divided into allies and enemies, and the battle of fate begins.
