Following the airing of the last episode of the Hidden Inventory/Untimely Death Arc in the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen , it was announced that King Gnu will perform the new opening theme song for the Shibuya Incident Arc . A compilation episode of the Hidden Inventory / Untimely Death Arc of this second season will air on August 10 , followed by another compilation episode of the first season on August 17, accompanied by a rebroadcast of the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0 . After a broadcast suspension on August 24, the long-awaited first chapter of the Shibuya Incident Arc will air until August 31.

Jujutsu Kaisen Synopsis
High school student Yuuji Itadori, who engages in baseless paranormal activities with the Occult Club, spends his days in the club room or in the hospital, where he visits his bedridden grandfather. However, this leisurely lifestyle soon takes a turn for the bizarre when he unknowingly stumbles across a cursed item. Setting off a chain of supernatural events, Yuuji suddenly finds himself drawn into the world of curses - terrible beings formed from human evil and negativity - after swallowing said object, which is revealed to be a finger belonging to the demon Sukuna Ryoumen, the “King of Curses”.
Yuuji experiences firsthand the threat these Curses pose to society as he discovers his own newfound powers. Introduced to the Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical School, he begins to walk a path from which he can never return: that of a Jujutsu sorcerer.
