The video in question was “ The Attack on Titan Worldwide Afterparty PV Part 1 ” and was in the Shingeki no Kyojin playlist created by the YouTube channel. Apparently, the video was a promotion for some kind of special program that will air after the release of the anime's final episode. Since the video was unlisted but not set to private on YouTube, viewers were able to access it from the playlist. It is the video description that reveals the information about the release date:
« Immediately following the final episode of the anime 'Shingeki no Kyojin' which will air at 24:00 on Saturday, November 4 , there will be a four-day opening party, special programs from the production team and cast, and a large venue which will review the last 10 years with famous songs », says the translation.
Unfortunately, the video is no longer available on the channel. It was already known that the series' conclusion was scheduled for this year, but we did not have concrete release details. Last month, we received a major behind-the-scenes update that confirmed that the anime had completed its post-recording work.
So far, the anime adaptation of the final season has consisted of a total of twenty-eight episodes and one special. Sixteen of these episodes aired during the Winter-2021 season (January-March) , while the other twelve aired during the Winter-2022 season (January-March) . On the other hand, Hajime Isayama began publishing the manga in the magazine Bessatsu Shonen Magazine from the Kodansha publishing house in September 2009, concluding it in April 2021. During its publication, the work was compiled into a total of thirty-four volumes.
