An alien
invasion, spectacular explosions, and Tae Yamada's awakening are
just some of the most striking moments in the new trailer for ZOMBIE
LAND SAGA: Yumeginga Paradise, the long-awaited film from the MAPPA studio
that will hit theaters in Japan on October 24, 2025.
In addition
to the main trailer, a new promotional image has also been
revealed that promises a story full of emotions, intergalactic chaos and absurd
humor, true to the style of the franchise. As if that were not enough, a new
musical theme performed by the group Franchouchou, entitled "Matataku
Sora ni Akogarete", is previewed.
A
long-awaited return after years of silence
The first
season of ZOMBIE LAND SAGA premiered in October 2018 under
the direction of Munehisa Sakai (Dance Dance Danseur),
with a script by Shigeru Murakoshi (Kakegurui Twin) and
character designs by Kasumi Fukagawa (IDOLiSH7). The
music was composed by Yasuharu Takanashi (TSUKIMICHI
-Moonlit Fantasy-). The second season, titled REVENGE, arrived
in April 2021.
The main
cast includes Kaede Hondo, Asami Tano, Risa Taneda, Maki Kawase, Kotono
Mitsuishi, Rika Kinugawa, Minami Tanaka, and Mamoru Miyano,
who reprise the beloved zombie members of the group Franchouchou.
