On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light
novels written by Fuminori Teshima and illustrated by COMTA ,
“ An
Archdemon's Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride ( Maou no
Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii? )”, the main
promotional video of the project was revealed. The video confirms the members
of the voice cast and production team, and announces that the premiere is
scheduled for the Spring-2024 (April-June) season in Japan.
- The
video shows a fragment of the opening theme song titled “ Wakaranai
Ai (A Love I Can't Understand) ”, performed by The Brow
Beat .

Fuminori Teshima began publishing the light novels through
the Hobby Japan publishing
label in February 2017. Hako Itagaki is in charge of a manga
adaptation that has been published in the magazine Comic Fire since
February 2018.
Sinopsis of An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf
Bride
Zagan is feared by the masses as an evil sorcerer.
Socially awkward and foul-mouthed, he spends his days studying sorcery while
mowing down intruders on his domain. One day he is invited to a dark auction,
and what he finds there is an elf slave of unmatched beauty, Nephy. Falling in
love with her at first sight, Zagan uses her entire fortune to buy her, but
since he is a bad conversationalist, he has no idea how to properly relate to
her. Thus begins the uncomfortable coexistence between a sorcerer who has no
idea how to convey his love and his slave who longs for his master, but he has
no idea how to attract him.
