report , Pony
Canyon and Bakken
Record 's original anime series " Turkey! "
is coming in Summer 2025 (July-September) and promises to be a unique story set
in the world of bowling. Now, more production team members have been revealed,
along with a new key visual and the official English title, which will be
" Turkey! -Time to Strike- ".
Among the
new names on the production team are Yuto Naka as lead animator , Haruko
Nobori as color designer , Kenichi Tajiri as art director ,
and Yuki Hayashi as music director , among others. With these
announcements, anticipation for this project continues to grow.
The details
so far are as follows:
- The cast includes Kana
Ichinose as Rina Godai, Haruki Iwata as Sayuri
Ichinose, Yuuki Tenma as Nozomi Mitaka, Ayasa
Itou as Nanase Nikaidou, and Hana Hishikawa as
Mai Otonashi.
- Within the production
team, Susumu Kudou is in charge of direction at Bakken
Record , Naomi Hiruta is in charge of
supervising the scripts, and Airi Takegawa designs the
characters in addition to directing the animation.
- The story follows a group of
high school girls in Chikuma City, Nagano, who are passionate about
bowling. They are all part of their school's bowling club, and as they
face challenges and improve their skills, they strengthen their friendship
through the sport. Their goal is to achieve the coveted
"turkey" (three consecutive strikes), while exploring the
meaning of friendship, effort, and self-improvement, all while balancing
their school life and their own dreams.
