A few months ago we reported that the anime adaptation of
the manga " I'm Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? ( NEET
Kunoichi to Nazeka Dousei Hajimemashita )" had revealed its first
promotional video and announced its premiere for January 4, 2025 in
Japan. Now, the official site has revealed more news, confirming that
the series will continue with a second cour starting April 5.
Additionally,
a new promotional image was unveiled, new cast members were announced,
including Mayu Sagara as Kiraa Ventol and Yurie
Kozakai as Kurena Ventol , and the new ending theme song,
" Darashinai Everyday ", performed by leads Shizuri
Ideura (Hinaki Yano), Ayame Momochi (Fairouz
Ai), Hina Izumi (Saya Aizawa) , and Kanae Natsumi (Hina
Kino), was revealed .
Here are
the details so far:
- The manga, written and
illustrated by Kotatsu , began serialization in Kadokawa 's Dengeki
Moeoh magazine in August 2021 and remains in serialization.
- The cast consists of Hinaki
Yano as Shizuri Deura, Shouya Ishige as
Tsukasa, Shigeru Chiba as the Narrator, Ai
Fairouz as Ayame Momochi, Saya Aizawa as Hina
Izumi, and Hina Kino as Kanae Natsumi.
- The direction is in charge
of Hisashi Saitou , known for Sora no Otoshimono and Shinmai
Maou no Testament , at Quad studios .
- The scripts are being written
and supervised by Takashi Aoshima , who has worked
on No Game No Life and Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai !.
- The character designs and
animation direction are handled by Masahiko Suzuki ,
known for Kami no Tou: Tower of God and Vivy:
Fluorite Eye's Song .
- The story begins when Tsukasa
Atsumi, an ordinary man, is saved by Shizuri Ideura, a ninja who explains
that his samurai heritage makes him a target for demons. To protect him,
Tsukasa offers him lodging, but discovers she's a NEET who's a gamer. As
they spend time together, Tsukasa begins to appreciate her, and it seems
the feelings are mutual
