A recent leak by user " @/SugoiLITE " claimed that Shiki and Hachipisuwan's light novels , " An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess ( Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku. )", will be getting an anime adaptation. While the leak didn't include any production details or a scheduled premiere date, it comes from a source we trust completely , so an official confirmation is still pending.
Shiki published the original novels
through AlphaPolis between April and August 2017, with
illustrations by Hachipisuwan and only two volumes published.
A manga adaptation by Natsume Hasumi was published in the same
publisher's Regina magazine between May 2018 and August
2021 .
Synopsis
of An Observation Log of My Fiancée Who Calls Herself a Villainess
For a
natural genius like Crown Prince Cecil Glo Alphasta, every day is a bore.
Knowledge and skills come to him too easily, to the point where nothing manages
to capture his interest. However, this changes the day he meets someone who
never fails to betray his expectations: his fiancée and self-proclaimed
villain, Bertia Ibil Noches. Bertia claims this world is like an otome game.
She has been reborn as the villain, and it is her duty to prevent the
relationship between Cecil and the heroine.
Never one to shy away from fate, Cecil throws himself wholeheartedly into his evil role... with mixed results. Though he doesn't know it, Bertia's supposedly "evil deeds" always turn out to be sincere and kind. Finally freed from his melancholy, Cecil never has a dull day as he watches his fiancée, who, unbeknownst to him, has a kind heart.
