The
official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Precure franchise has revealed new
information about its upcoming animated film. The feature film, based on
the series You and Idol Precure♪, already has an official title and a
promotional illustration that anticipates a great show.
The full
title in Japanese is Eiga Kimi to Idol Precure♪ Omatase! Kimi ni Todokeru
KirakkiLive!,
which can be literally translated as: You and Idol Precure♪ The Movie: Thanks for waiting! KirakkiLive for
you!
The main
visual includes the taglines: "The universe's No. 1 special stage
for you!" and "A feeling that transcends time
creates a legend...", previewing a story full of emotion and
brilliance.
In the
promotional illustration we can see the main teams of the Soaring Sky!
Precure (the twentieth) and Wonderful Precure! (the
twenty-first), who will make a special appearance in this new adventure. Recall
that in the previous film from 2024, both series joined forces with Witchy
Precure! in an epic collaboration.
Special
tickets and exclusive gifts
Advance
tickets with the "Kirakkiranran Ribbon Clip" edition
will be available in theaters in Japan from June 27. In addition,
there will be another special edition of tickets with character illustrations
that can be purchased at online stores, events and official Precure
Pretty Store locations in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.
For the
little ones, 500,000 limited edition wristbands will be
offered as an admission gift. They will be randomly distributed in two
models: Pruirun and Meroron.
The film,
which marks the thirty-fourth cinematic installment in the
Precure franchise, will be released in theaters in Japan on September
12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (UTC+2).

You and
Idol Precure♪ is the twenty-second
series in the saga created by Toei Animation and
premiered in Japan on February 2, 2025. The Crunchyroll platform
offers the series in simulcast for users in America, Oceania, and South Africa.
The story
follows Uta Sakura, a high school student who loves to sing. Her
life changes when she meets Purirun, a fairy whose world has been
plunged into darkness by the Chokkiri Gang. Transforming into the
legendary Cure Idol, Uta embarks on a mission to bring joy and
light back through the power of music.
