Square
Enix's Gangan Joker magazine revealed in its August issue that
the manga Kemono no Ō Ma no Sekai Reconquest, created
by Hiroumi Aoi, will reach its final chapter in
the next edition, which will be published on August 22 (local
time in Spain, UTC+2).
A quick
closure to an intense story
The series
made its debut not long ago, in February 2024 and, in a matter of half a year,
it is already preparing to close its story. The third compilation
volume was released by Square Enix on June 20, which marks
an agile pace of publication.

Aoi's legacy will continue
Hiroumi Aoi
is known for his previous work Shibuya Goldfish (Shibuya
Kingyo), also published in Gangan Joker between September 2016 and April
2021. This series reached 11 volumes, and was successful enough to
be licensed by Yen Press, which released its final volume in
English in September 2022.
With the
end of Kemono no Ō Ma no Sekai Reconquest, readers are waiting to
know what will be the next project of this author who has earned a place in the
contemporary manga scene.
