The digital
edition of volume 13 of Mika Satonaka's Pink
& Habanero manga revealed Sunday that the series will conclude
with the next volume, scheduled to be released in November.
Meanwhile, the physical edition of volume 13 will be released in less than a
month, on August 25.
Romantic
comedy with a spicy twist
The
publisher Yen Press, in charge of the publication in English,
describes this work as a story that revolves around Mai, a young
woman inexperienced in love matters who meets Kei Kurose when
she enters high school. Although Kei is attractive, his attitude towards girls
is obnoxious. However, when Mai accidentally discovers his work secret,
things change drastically, and they are both forced to trust each other.
A series
that conquered readers
The manga
was originally released in Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine
in 2021. Since then, she has been gaining followers thanks to her
mix of comedy, romance and unexpected situations. Yen Press published volume
3 on May 27 and plans to release volume 4 on October
28.
With its
closing scheduled, fans of Pink & Habanero are already
preparing to say goodbye to this story full of entanglements, youthful emotions
and endearing characters.
