The second
season of DAN DA DAN continues to raise fans' expectations,
and its latest trailer reveals the arrival of a new character: Kinta
Sakata, who will be played by voice actor Daichi Fujiwara. This
trailer not only shows some of the upcoming action, but also a look at the
visual and character design tweaks that will accompany his debut.
A new
character for the climax of the season
The trailer
makes it clear that the confrontations with aliens and kaijus will intensify,
bringing the story to a climax that promises to be one of the most shocking
points of the series so far. Along with the preview, a new promotional image
and the official Kinta Sakata design sheet were also
presented.

The series
is produced by the Science SARU studio under the direction
of Fuga Yamashiro and Abel Gongora. The script and
composition of the series are in charge of Hiroshi Seko,
while Naoyuki Onda designs the characters and Kensuke
Ushio is in charge of the music, guaranteeing a first-class technical
section.

DAN is a manga
written by Yukinobu Tatsu and published digitally on Shueisha's
Shonen Jump+. The work currently has 20 volumes in Japan,
while VIZ Media distributes its English edition, having
released volume 14 on August 5.
The story
follows Momo, a high school student from a family of mediums, and
her classmate Okarun, an occult fanatic. Although Momo believes in
ghosts but denies the existence of aliens, and Okarun thinks just the opposite,
they both discover that the two realities are true. This clash of worlds grants
them unique powers: Momo awakens a latent force, and Okarun gains cursed
abilities. Together, they must face supernatural threats that endanger all of
humanity.
