The Duel Masters universe continues to expand. This week the new manga entitled Duel Masters GT -Gear of the Twin heart-, a story written by Hiroki Kikuzuma and illustrated by Daisuke Kawasaki, has been officially launched. The announcement was made last Tuesday through the official X account (formerly Twitter) of Shogakukan's Weekly CoroCoro Comic magazine, and the manga began publication on Wednesday, August 6.

This new installment focuses on the Dragon Saga card saga, focusing on Grassa and Turret, the twin sons of the legendary Dragon Ruler Glenmalt. The plot promises to immerse readers in intense duels and conflicts marked by the legacy of blood and fire of the protagonists.

Duel Masters LOST also continues to expand

In addition to this new release, the franchise has more surprises in store for its fans. A new manga and anime series has been confirmed under the title Duel Masters LOST ~Bōkyaku no Taiyō~, indicating that the DUEL MASTERS LOST project is still underway with new stories to explore.

Recall that the Duel Masters LOST ~Gekka no Shinigami~ manga (translated as "The Moon Reaper"), written by Shigenobu Matsumoto and Yō Kanebayashi, began publication on the Weekly CoroCoro Comic website in August 2024, concluding on February 27, 2025. History made it clear that there will be a third part on the way, cementing this arc as one of the most ambitious in the franchise. The second and final compilation volume was published on March 28.

The Duel Masters LOST anime also had its ending

The animated adaptation of Duel Masters LOST ~Gekka no Shinigami~ came to an end on February 28, 2025, with the broadcast of its fourth and final episode. This series was the direct follow-up to both the Duel Masters manga and web anime LOST: Tsuioku no Suishō (Crystal of Remembrance), and is an integral part of the ambitious LOST multimedia project that seeks to renew the Duel Masters universe for a new generation.
