Opening and returning theme of lead vocals

The opening theme, titled "Toryanse," will be performed by Nao Toyama, who voices Aoi Tsubaki, the protagonist of the story. The song features composition, lyrics, and arrangements by Masayoshi Oishi, vocalist of the duo OxT, and is scheduled for release in physical and digital formats on November 5.

A renewed team for the continuation

In this new season, the direction will be in charge of Joe Yoshizaki, taking over from the first installment, with the production of the GONZO and Makaria studios. Tomoko Konparu returns as head writer, while Hidemi Katsura joins as character designer. Takuro Iga is back in charge of the musical composition.

A story between romance and the supernatural

The plot follows Aoi, a young woman capable of seeing spirits known as ayakashi. After the death of her grandfather, an ogre confronts her demanding payment of an old family debt. Her proposal is unusual: marry him. Rejecting the offer, Aoi decides to pay off the debt by working at the Tenjin-ya Inn, a place that caters to all kinds of creatures from the spirit world.
