The
movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle continues
to cause a furor in Japan and has just presented a new action-packed
battle trailer. The preview, which is already playing in Japanese theaters,
shows intense confrontations between Tanjiro Kamado, Giyu
Tomioka and the demon Akaza, igniting the enthusiasm of
fans worldwide.
International
release date
The film,
directed by Haruo Sotozaki and produced by the
ufotable studio, has character design and animation direction by Akira
Matsushima, in addition to music composed by Yuki Kajiura and Go
Shiina. After its premiere in Japan on July 18, the film will
arrive in theaters in the United States and Canada on September 12 (UTC-4).
The dates for Europe and Latin America are expected to be revealed soon on
their official website.
Road to
the final battle
The story
follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young man who joined the Demon
Slayer Corps to avenge his family and save his sister Nezuko,
who has been turned into a demon. Throughout his journey he has fought
alongside companions such as Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke
Hashibira, facing powerful demons and fighting alongside the elite
swordsmen known as the Hashira.
After
overcoming the Infinity Train Arch, the Entertainment
District, and the Blacksmith Village, Tanjiro and the Hashira
participate in a demanding training session to prepare against Muzan
Kibutsuji.
However,
the sudden appearance of the demonic leader in the Ubuyashiki Mansion triggers
an unexpected twist: everyone is dragged to Infinite Castle, the
demons' final stronghold. There, the last and most dangerous battle for
humanity's survival begins.
