The third season of One Punch Man continues to generate anticipation among fans, this time with the reveal of a new image centered on Garou, the iconic "Hero Hunter". The visual was illustrated by Ryosuke Shirokawa, one of the character designers of the series, and is part of the promotional campaign that highlights the fearsome Mysterious Creatures that will appear in this new installment.
The series
is scheduled to premiere in October 2025, and it is confirmed that
the J.C.STAFF studio, responsible for the second season, will
be in charge of production again.
A
high-level creative team returns
The
production retains several key members of the technical team. Tomohiro
Suzuki is in charge of the composition of the series, while the trio
formed by Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, and Ryosuke
Shirokawa leads the character design. The music will once again be
composed by Makoto Miyazaki, guaranteeing the continuity of the
sound style that characterizes the franchise.
An
invincible hero in search of meaning
The story
follows Saitama, a hero capable of defeating any enemy with a
single blow. However, his incredible power has left him mired in boredom, as he
can't find a rival to truly challenge him. In this scenario, new and more
dangerous villains begin to emerge, including Garou, an enemy that
could change the rules of the game.
The series
is based on the webcomic created by ONE (Mob Psycho 100)
and the version illustrated by Yusuke Murata (Eyeshield 21),
which is officially published in English by VIZ Media. In Spain, it
can be enjoyed through an anime platform.
