Puniru (voiced by Yu Sasahara) continues to expand his musical side with a new cover within the anime's side project Puniru is a Kawaii Slime. On this occasion, the charismatic slime travels to the past to perform "A Perfect Sky", the popular song by BONNIE PINK released in 2006, in her style.

The new
music video joins other recent versions performed by Puniru, including "Hai
Yorokonde" by Kocchi no Kento and "Melt," Hatsune
Miku's iconic song composed by ryo (supercell). This
series of adaptations seeks to give a fresh and fun touch to the project,
showing the vocal versatility of the most kawaii slime in anime.
The
second season on air
After the
premiere of its first season in autumn 2024, the second part of the anime
Puniru is a Kawaii Slime, based on Maeda-kun's romantic
comedy manga, began airing in Japan on July 6, 2025. The series is
streamed internationally through Crunchyroll, available to everyone
except Japan and Korea.

comedy with an unexpected twist
The story
follows Kotaro, a young man who seven years ago created a slime
that, to his surprise, came to life. Since then she has lived with Puniru,
who has grown up and now presents herself as a cheerful, charming girl capable
of transforming into different kawaii forms. However, his free
spirit and constant occurrences make Kotaro's life full of unpredictable and
fun situations.
