Mystery story in the Edo era

Set in the Edo period, the plot follows Ichitaro, heir to the prestigious Nagasakiya store in Nihonbashi. Although he was born with fragile health that prevents him from going outside, he is protected and accompanied by spirits such as Sasuke (an inugami) and Nikichi (a hakutaku). Everything changes when, after escaping from his home one night, he witnesses a murder. From that moment on, he embarks on a dangerous investigation to discover the culprit with the help of his supernatural companions.
