The
original anime Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse shared its fifth
trailer, in which it gives a glimpse of the plot twists that
will come from episode 10. The series, part of the 2025 summer season,
is currently streaming in Japan and is also available in simulcast via Crunchyroll.
An
original project with its own stamp
The story
of Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse comes from the mind of Fujiko
Sakuno, while Hideya Takahashi directs and contributes the
original idea under the production of the David Production studio. Hayashi
Mori is in charge of the series composition, Kazuaki Morita of
the character design and Masahiro Tokuda of the soundtrack.
The anime premiered in July 2025, consolidating itself as one of
the most striking proposals of the season.
Journey
between dreams, parallel worlds and destination
The plot
follows Naruhira Takeru, a troubled young man who can't stop
thinking about Tsukimiya, the mysterious girl who appears in his
dreams. After an unexpected accident, Takeru wakes up in a parallel
universe, the same one in which Tsukimiya lives. However, they are both
killed by a monster and, at that moment, he discovers that he can travel
back in time. To save Tsukimiya, Takeru must train under the guidance of
the legendary Abe Seimei and face a fate that tests his will.
Expectation
for what is to come
With its
narrative full of mystery, supernatural action, and romance, Onmyo
Kaiten Re:Birth Verse promises a climax that will keep viewers on
their toes. The new trailer confirms that the next episodes will mark a before
and after in the story of Takeru and Tsukimiya.
