Kodansha's Magazine
Pocket platform launched a new manga last Sunday titled Kōjo
Tensei ~Densetsu no Dai Madōshi (♂), Hime Kishi to Narite Densetsu no Reijō Kishi-dan wo Tsukuri Musō Suru~, whose working title in English is Princess
Reincarnation. The work has the original story of Arata Shiraishi,
author of I'm Just a Villager, So What?, while Naka Nanatsu is
in charge of the artistic section.
A
princess who breaks the rules
The plot
centers on a great wizard who dies before fulfilling his dream
of becoming the strongest in the world. However, she gets a second chance
by reincarnating as part of the royal family, under the
name Evangeline. Now equipped with a body specialized in close
combat, she discovers that as a princess she is forbidden to train, but she
decides to defy her destiny by secretly practicing in her room until she
becomes the most powerful warrior.
Shiraishi's
Path in Light Literature
Arata
Shiraishi is known for his light novel series Murabito Desu ga Nani ka? (I'm
Just a Villager, So What?), the first volume of which was published
by Kadokawa in 2016. The work was completed in 2020 with a
total of seven volumes. Recently, the publisher Hanashi Media acquired
the license and published the first volume in digital format on August
30.
Launch
that promises action and rebellion
With this
new work, Shiraishi is once again committed to a story of reincarnation and fantasy,
but with a fresh twist: a princess who, far from conforming to the expectations
imposed, decides to train in secret to fulfill her true desire to be the
strongest. Without a doubt, a title that promises to capture the attention of
fans of the isekai genre and hidden power stories.
