confirmed that its second season will premiere in April
2026. The announcement was accompanied by a promotional teaser,
a visual and an illustration of the protagonist Pride at the
age of 16.

the franchise
The story
adapts light novels written by Tenichi and illustrated
by Suzunosuke. In parallel, Akiko Kawano has been
publishing a manga version in Ichijinsha's Monthly Comic Zero-Sum magazine
since June 2023. The project was relaunched on March 28, 2025 with a new arc
under the title Higeki no Genkyō to naru Saikyō Gedō Last Boss Joō wa
Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu. The Savior's Pride.
