The anime Maou no Musume wa Yasashi Sugiru!! confirms its premiere for January 2026

The official website for the anime adaptation of the manga Maou no Musume wa Yasashi Sugiru!! (The Demon King's Daughter is too Kind!!), written and illustrated by Yuya Sakamoto, confirmed that the series will premiere in january 2026. In addition, three videos focused on the main characters were published: Du, his father Ahriman and the maid Jahi.

The story follows Jahi, who attempts to turn Du into a true demon after his extreme kindness begins to worry the Demon King Ahriman. The manga, published by Hakusensha, combines comedy and fantasy in a demonic environment where kindness turns out to be the biggest challenge.

The direction will be in charge of Masahiko Ohta (YuruYuri, My Deer Friend Nokotan), while Takashi Aoshima (Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!, My Deer Friend Nokotan) will supervise the composition of the series. Yuki Nakano (I'm Quitting Heroing) will design the characters, and the music will be composed of Yasuhiro Misawa. The animation will be produced by the studio EMT Squared.
