The official site of the anime Aishiteru Game or Owarasetai (I Want to End This Love Game), based on the manga by Yuuki Doumoto, presented a new one visual teaser along with its main cast and crew. The series confirmed its premiere for april 2026 under the production of the studio Felix Film.
The story follows the peculiar relationship between Yukiya Asagi and Miku Sakura, two students competing for the other to be the first to confess their love. In this adaptation, Kaito Ishikawa (Shiro Seijo to Kuro Bokushi, Haikyuu!!) will voice Yukiya, while Miku Itou (Adachi to Shimamura, BanG Dream!) will play Miku, marking the return of both seiyuus to the school romantic comedy.
Production team confirmed
The direction will be in charge of Azuma Tani (Thermae Romae, Waka Okami wa Shougakusei!) in the studio Felix Film. Keiichirou Ouchi (Girlfriend, Girlfriend, Go, Go, Loser Ranger!) will supervise and write the scripts, while Yuuki Fukuchi (Plunderer, Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement) will be in charge of character design. The music will be composed by Akito Matsuda (Sound! Euphonium, Non Non Biyori).
About the original manga
The manga of Yuuki Doumoto it began its publication on the portal Sunday Webry of Shogakukan in 2021, and to date it has seven volumes compilations, the most recent published on June 18. The author is also known for illustrating the manga adaptation of the project Girlish Number.
