The isekai that
defined an era is ready to open its next chapter. It has been officially
confirmed that the third season of Mushoku Tensei:
Jobless Reincarnation will begin airing in July 2026. The
announcement comes with a powerful visual teaser and the
reveal of a new video game project.
The new season
will adapt the story from volume 13 of the original light
novel, promising a period of intense emotional turmoil for Rudeus
Greyrat. However, the focus of the announcement falls on Eris.
The promotional
image shows the red-haired warrior, who embarked on a silent training journey
after the end of the first season. With a fierce expression and sword in hand,
the visual captures his unwavering determination to become strong enough to
protect Rudeus, raising expectations about his role in the upcoming episodes.
New Game and
Campaign
In addition to the
anime, the release of a new smartphone game titled Mushoku Tensei:
Jobless Reincarnation Chronicle of Echoes (abbreviated as Kuroeko)
was announced, scheduled for 2026. To commemorate the double announcement, an X
campaign was launched where fans can win a complete collection of the 26 novels
signed by author Rifujin na Magonote.

The work was born
on the Shosetsuka ni Naro site in 2012 and has exceeded 17
million copies in circulation worldwide. The story follows a
34-year-old unemployed man who, after dying in an accident, is reincarnated in
a fantasy world as Rudeus, determined to live this new life without regrets.
The anime celebrates its 5th anniversary this year since its
debut in 2021.
