Rich Girl Caretaker anime reveals first trailer and release date

The perfect student hides a very relaxed secret. It has been officially announced that the Rich Girl Caretaker (Saijo no Osewa) anime will begin airing on television in July 2026. Along with the news, a teaser visual was revealed that shows the contrast between the protagonist's public elegance and her lazy side in private.


The production of the series will be in charge of the Brains Base studio, known for School Babysitters. In addition to the visual, a first promotional video with animated footage of the series was presented.

The direction falls to Shuusei Morishita, with scripts by Aya Yoshinaga and character design by Hisashi Kawashima. The music will be composed by a team that includes Natsumi TabuchiMayo Kurihara and Hanae Nakamura.


Voice cast


The protagonists will be played by a duo with experience in romantic comedies:


  • Yuto Uemura as Itsuki Tomonari
    Known for Thorfinn in Vinland Saga and Atsushi Nakajima in Bungo Stray Dogs.
  • Konomi Kohara as Hinako Konohana
    Famous for Chika Fujiwara in Kaguya-sama: Love is War and Roxy Migurdia in Mushoku Tensei.

About Rich Girl Caretaker


The plot follows Hinako Konohana, daughter of a financial conglomerate admired for her perfection. However, she is secretly unable to take care of herself, relying entirely on her partner Itsuki Tomonari for daily tasks, which leads to a romance that goes beyond the master-servant relationship.


Sakaishi's light novels began in 2020 and are published by Hobby Japan with illustrations by Sakura Miwabe. A manga adaptation illustrated by Sorahiko Mizushima is published on the Comic Fire site.
