Genshin Impact Mass Fan: Players Denounce Bans for Complaining About Rewards

When you're playing a gacha title, you know that the relationship with the developers can be quite strained, especially when it comes to the amount of free resources. However, the immense Genshin Impact community has just hit a wall of censorship that very few saw coming. Players are publicly denouncing that the moderators of the official servers began to hand out bans and systematically delete any posts that criticize the rewards of the most recent update. What began as a simple collective discontent, quickly escalated into an intense debate about the freedom to express an opinion within the spaces of the game

Absolute cleanliness on the forums

The affected users claim that the administration is disproportionately cracking down on their own community. According to multiple reports, even the most harmless comments that only suggest improving the quality of gifts are being fulminated in a matter of seconds. While a large sector describes this measure as a blatant attempt to silence dissent, other more neutral players argue that moderators are making decisions based on the rules to stop the immense flow of repetitive complaints. All things considered, dealing with thousands of frustrated fans posting the same thing can make any chat room a completely unnavigable environment.

The mystery of the store and an old joke

But the real mystery doesn't happen inside chat servers, but in digital showcases. Interestingly, the game's overall rating on the Google Play Store began to magically climb to regain its 4.5 stars in several major regions. Many users suspect that the platform is massively eliminating negative reviews to make up for the crisis, since a few days ago the rating was around a pitiful 3.3 rating. All this frustration even revived the memory of that historic funa in 2021, when furious otakus decided to bombard the Google Classroom app with negative reviews simply to demonstrate the enormous size of their anger.

Although for now the tactic of attacking other applications remains a simple anecdote to remember old times, the tension between consumers and the developer is more than real.
