Combined issue # 21- # 22 of Shueisha publisher Weeky Shonen Jump magazine announced that the broadcast of episode # 133 of the anime adaptation of Yuuki Tabata's manga Black Clover will be delayed.
The statement detailed that the broadcast of episode # 132 will be carried out normally on April 28, however, on May 5 the first episode of the series will be rebroadcast. The staff did not reveal the reason behind the delay, nor did they explain what will happen to the anime broadcast after that date.
The anime has been broadcast since October 2017, and was originally announced with only 51 episodes. The manga written and illustrated by Yuuki Tabata began to be published in the Shueisha publisher Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in February 2015. The publisher published the twenty-third compilation volume on January 4.
