Crunchyroll announced that it will add the episode “Chapter Chitose” from the second season of the anime adaptation of Yukiwo's manga, Jashin-chan Dropkick to its catalog on April 30.
This episode is, in fact, the twelfth of this second season and was scheduled to be released before the premiere of it. However, the anime's official website reported that the release was also delayed for Amazon Prime Video, where it will premiere on the same date.
The episode features the debut of a new character named Lierre, the direct boss of Pekora and the other angels, who descends to Earth in the form of a young girl to fulfill a certain goal. Miharu Hanai, a voice actress originally from the city of Chitose, plays this character. In fact, the episode was sponsored by the city's voluntary tax program and is aimed at promoting the area.
The first season of the anime premiered in July 2018. For his part, Yukiwo started publishing the manga in the virtual magazine Comic Meteor of the Flex Comix publisher in April 2012 and is still in publication.
