The manga will begin airing on Shogakukan's Sunday Webry website starting April 21. Kawamoto and Muno are credited with the original idea while Yamada is credited with art. Mika Mizuguchi will be in charge of supervising him.
Kawamoto and Tohru Naomura began publishing the Kakegurui manga in Square Enix's Gangan Joker magazine in March 2014. The work inspired an anime adaptation released in July 2017, and a second season in January 2019. Additionally, a ten-episode live-action series premiered in Japan in January 2018.
