Jisatsu Houjo horror novel to be adapted into manga

On Shueisha publisher's Shonen Jump Plus website it was announced that Katsutoshi Murase will be releasing a new manga titled Jisatsu Houjo, based on Yoshihito Okita's horror novel of the same name.


The manga will begin to be published on the aforementioned website on May 29. Okita is credited with the original story.

For his part, Okita released the original novel in March 2018. Murase is also the author of the Karada Sagashi manga in conjunction with Welzard, the pair published this manga between September 2014 and December 2017. The publisher published the seventeenth and last compilation volume in February 2018.


Subsequently, the duo released the manga Karada Sagashi Kai between January 2018 and January 2019. The work inspired an adaptation to a series of anime shorts released on the Production IG platform, Tate Anime, now known as Anime Beans, in July. from 2017.
