The anime adaptation of the smartphone game developed by Cygames, Princess Connect! Re: Dive is one of the surprises of the 2020 spring season, mainly due to its comedy load and the wide range of facial expressions displayed by its characters.
Princess Connect! Re: Dive
The anime premiered on April 6. Cygames previously announced that Princess Connect! Re: Dive would be the sequel to the Princess Connect game! launched in 2016. So far, it has been one of the series that has not announced suspensions on its broadcasts.
Additionally, the game inspired a manga adaptation with the story made by Asahiro Kakashi and with art from wEshica / Shōgo. The manga is published on the free manga platform Cycomics, while publisher Kodansha published the second compiled volume on December 28.
