The anime Hakushon Daimaou 2020 will suspend the broadcast of new episodes

On the official Twitter account for the Hakushon Daimaou 2020 anime, the new anime based on the 1969 production, Hakushon Daimaou, it was announced that the issuance of new episodes will be delayed.
According to the statement, changes in programming respond to the effects of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic on production. The staff expects to resume broadcasting new episodes on June 20.

On the other hand, the series premiered on April 11 through the Japanese channel Yomiuri TV and celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the series released in 1969. This anime inspired a sequel titled Yobarete Tobidete Akubi-chan released in 2001, as well as a live-action film released in 2013.
