On the official site for the Fate / Grand Order franchise the cancellation of the “Fate / Grand Order Fes. 2020 in TOKYO DOME -5th Anniversary- “, originally scheduled for August 10.

The published statement states:

Thank you for your continued support of Fate / Grand Order. Regarding the event that we planned to hold at the Tokyo Dome on August 10, 2020, we have decided, in consideration of the health of the attendees, staff members and the audience, as well as to prevent the spread of COVID-19, definitively cancel the event.

Currently, the directives proposed by the government establish that even after August, massive events will only be able to host 50% of their original capacity. Since this event had already sold 90% of its tickets, and after a discussion about possible event planning under these directives, it was finally concluded that the latter would be impossible.

We sincerely apologize to all those who were eager to attend and would appreciate your understanding of our decision. Additionally, refunds will be delivered as of today, and we will publish the information about it later.
